Yes it can be done I discovered through trial and error. Go to DESIGN mode onyour blog-web page and EDIT the Widgets/Gadgets labeled page elements. It will take you to a screen with two empty boxes. A long banner strip for a title (leave it blank), move down into the large square box and paste in your Affiliate made link to an ad. Then give it an anchor tag (the opening tag)so this anchor precedes the link code. You add exactly this before the link code: trigger words and this completes the html link code for insertion into the html document for you blog-web-page.
